Most guys who force their girlfriends to get abortions don't want to be fathers. Case point and shut. It is not common for them to regret anything. What is more common is for them to feel as if they've dodged a bullet. The "regret" part is just something that stems from social pressure

Children cost 10K alone their first year and that’s not including daycare for those who work.
