Well the AAS wasn’t the first person to come up with the theory of their being more variation between than within race was Richard Lewotin‘ work in the 70s. If you ask a person what race they identify with and then conduct a DNA test on them you’ll find that the vast majority of the time that correlation ends up with Genetic cluster data from Haplo groups.

And so it's disingenuous to lable them as all one "race" since there's no one defining feature which ties them all together

We are talking about difference, not variation. Stop bluffing the two.

There is more variation between a Cyprissian European and a Northern European than there is between a Northern African and a Sub-Saharan African.

Are you serious mate? Northern Europeans have coloured eyes, fairer hair, and they’re taller than the average Ethnic Cyprissian. Currently, Northern and Sub Saharan Africans ate heavily admixed and the only difference is pigment and hair straightness.
