The usual argument I go for against healthcare is that

yea its sad that dems has that idealism

they don't cover mental healthcare

but Netherlands do cover it

i wish USA has free healthcare but thats not possible

and they're very liberal with defining mental health illness as well

finland's govt is collapsing largely due to the free healthcare.
