To make an M1 garand like that is just an insult
The foil knife retains an edge better, I'd be worried about it delaminating when I really needed it
That one actually looks pretty cool if you pretend it's not an abomination
I still find the "magazine in front of trigger" for pistols rather strange.
I am an ammosexual
Just personal taste
Came across this pic of a flintlock recently. Usually you see the axe bit on the end of the barrel.
hmm
Interesting choice
How does one hold that? Lnaoy
carefully
Well, you would make a sorta aimed shot with the thing and then you'd use it as an axe
that rifle from fucking hunt showdown looked more useable
I understand some thought for that, 1 it first in the holster better, 2 it works better as an axe
Is that a spare ammo holder in the stock?
this shit right here
nice, I like that one
The grip seems a bit too curved to work well as an axe. If the head were rotated 180 degrees it would make more sense
But it might not be intended for use; it might be some smith's masterpiece and just meant to look impressive
Which one? The pistol?
it's from a video game so it's not really meant to be realistically functional lol
yeah
Because I would say that if you twisted the axe head to the side, it would make sense.
However, there are axes with that much of a bend near the head that work
That would cause it to lose some impact due to rotation
That bend allows for a stronger impact
that much bend going *back* though? If it were the other way around it would be more like a kukri
Because it means you swing is that much farther along before the head impacts
Do you have any examples, because I've never seen an axe like that
Yeah, I'll have to look up a few
Awesome, thanks
I'll have to look later, but watch a few of skallagrim's video on YouTube on axes
just looking at the thumbnails a see a couple tool axes with a very slight backwards bend, but a tool axe and a battle axe are very different things
That fictional TT-33 pistol with a shotgun could actually be practical if the shotgun part would use the internally sealed rounds
based on other types of weapons, a forward-angled blade should be perfectly fine
