These are all bills and only the first two have been passed so far (they still need signatures)
1 - Bill 1968 - Lifetime prohibition on anyone who was taken into custody/admitted to an treatment for mental health reasons (more than once)
2 - 8 -16 hours of training required for CCW license
3 - Requires DOJ to investigate the legality of a voluntary prohibition list - signers will give up their second amendment rights
4 - Anyone/any institution can establish a gun violence restraining order against a firearm owner
5 - Prohibit gun shows for occurring at a certain county in california
6 - Prohibit transfer of firearms to anyone under 21 unless you have a license, are a member of Law Enforcement or the military
7 - Restrict the number of firearms of any kind to 1 per 30 days
8 - Own any of the most common african trophies and you get a fine between 5 - 14k
