So anyone here heard of that fellow in Alabama with a conceal carry licence getting shot by the police without warning while he was responding to a shooter in his vicinity.
The police thought they got the actual shooter at first, but found out they made a rather big mistake.
I did not.

I forgot to mention that there were a few armed citizens also brandishing guns there. The police seemed to have called it a night after killing him & the real shooter who started this is still out there.
No, but Montana is a shall-issue state, and it does allow unlicensed concealed carry outside of city limits.
