^best girl right there
*calls BS on this*
god help us all
Ahhhhh
That looks inspect elemented
the F doesn't stand for anything
it was added to his name to pay respects
now everybody's making bombs
has the country gone mad
What do you mean bombs? These all just look like homemade clocks
From my experience I think 4chan only works BECAUSE it isn't forced into a hivemind. If you did, you'd no longer have 4chan, you'd have Re🅱:b:it 2.0 or Twatter 2.0
4chan works because you can't get fame
what you get is unfiltered and you can't win anything from it
leddit is a fight for karma
twatter is a fight for moral high ground
Yeah. And the only way to force a behavior is to hold people accountable or by gatekeeping
If you wanted to hold 4chan users accountable you'd need to make posters identifiable. Forced trips and/or usernames for everyone, and then you have Reddit (or perhaps an old school forum)
Or you could gatekeep and only let Goodthink in
At which point you get a bunch of insular NPCs and moral grandstanding
4chan has been a shilling shithole for a while now
depends to where you go and if you eat the shilling
I know a lot of normies that go on /b/, see a bunch of porn, gore or furries, and assume that nothing productive can ever go on there
it's a way to keep normies out, it works
/pol/ is the go-to normie board these days, along with /v/ of course. It's been a long time since /b/ was noteworthy, it's not even that popular nowadays, only coming in at #4 after the aforementioned two and /vg/
can you show me data on that? I'm curious
Sure #4 is still pretty huge, but not compared to how it used to be with /b/ alone holding close to 50% of traffic
