yeah thats kinda what i just said
yes
its a bad situation
here is the problem, big creators would need to move, whole sale, onto a new site and just stop youtube. that is a MAJOR risk
yes, they'd have to trust all their subscribers move over too
they dont need to just stop youtube
yes they would or the youtube crowd would not move
people are lazy
thats not completely true
why would i go to bitchute or something when i can still find it on youtube
every time bullshit about youtube comes out i want to move but i cant
youd do it because you realize youtube is shit
youtube isint just fucking with creators anymore
its fucking with watchers
to be fair, what could work
Is that the youtube creators, just place youtube videos with links to their bitshute site 😛
thats an idea
so people can see on youtube they have a new movie, click the link
and watch it on bitchute instead
its how many youtube lets-players announce they're live on twitch for example
just a video that says "go to link in description"
i have no illusions that if your a youtuber with your content on both platforms that yotuube will still have more veiws. however bitchute is a platform without all the bullshit of youtube. at the same time im almost positive youtube will devalue any creator who is doubling up on both platforms especially big creators who do it
like they did with patreon for a while
but the only solution is to be on youtube and bitchute at the same time, not one or the other. not until one of them dies anyway, which you want to be youtube at this point because youtube is just one of the worst platforms out there now, its just old and everyone uses it
there will always be people on youtube who when they know that your on bitchute they will watch you there insted, theres a reason styx has as much success on bitchute as he does
its not a lot of people but it will also grow the more people who do it
so, here is the problem. any alternative platform to youtube needs an injection of viewers.
not necessarily content creators
no, build it and they will come
they may come, but will the come before the doors need to close
that is the problem
you dont herd a bunch of factory workers into a field and build the factory around them while they wait
until you have something people want to go to, people WONT go to it
yes, but you also don't keep the factory open if you build it and then you don't have enough workers
its not a problem, it ONLY works this way
bitshute needs to offer creators something better than youtube,
if its more lucrative, they'll jump ship, announce it on youtube and bring (atleast part) of their following with them
the factory is built, now you need a company to rent it and bring in their already existing workforce
it needs to become popular
bitchute does offer creators something better than yotuube, it is more lucrative in theory
it doesent have the supply for that yet though
yes i agree the only way to compete with youtube is have a lot of money
