i prefer building societys as oppose to building governments. you build the society you want the government will follow one way or another. problem of building a government before the society you want is the only way it can be maintained after your innital power structure is through the society that doesent actually want it, which doesent work and often just gives more power to the people you dont want to have power

But until the last century essentially all of thr western world was part of it, the children changed that

Which is my point, not that its impossible to make a society, but to keep it good is, since new people bring new ideas and want to implement it cuz they think it works

children are not always so different than their parents. what tends to effect the next generation becoming different than the last generation is usually more outside influinces on them and a period of issues that are starkly different than what their previous generation delt with and sometimes blaming the old one for those problems existing in the first place (rightly or wrongly)

Children can be VERY different, rebel phases, thats how we went from moral right-wing america to leftist victim america and now its slowly switching again

we have had more cultural revoltions that we have documented in the last 100 years than what has occured in the 500 years before it
