No the brain thing is because the evnironment lead to some groups needing to be more intelligent to survive. In Euope and North east Asia the winters were harsh so the inhabitants needed to be smarted to compete over scarce resources and prepared for the winter so the ones that could do that surived while in Africa those environmental pressures didn't exist.

Because that isn't due to genes. Their communities glorify crime and violence

And also, they tend to be poor

which is what everyone else's argument was
