I remember when some student put out a neural network he made in the university online
It could track one specific car in traffic, could do the same to a person in a crowd, even if temporarily get lost out of sight
Also it analysed the movement of people and drivers and could guess the levels of tension and nervousness with rather high accuracy
It was somewhere in 2012
Then from 2016 onwards I could not find a single mention of his thesis, videos that featured the thing, and all the links I saved are dead
I wonder what happened
either got seized
