There are not many states that have a law specifically for beastiality because most people don't know how really think it's a major issue.
In Germany bestiality is technically banned, but only if a person abused an animal that did not belong to them.

This is why I like looking up beastiality laws. They are hilarious in their reasoning, or flat out don't really exist.
Like technically, there is nothing illegal about a woman letting her dog fuck her in the US. It's just culturally taboo.
There might be a state or 2 who actually went and made their own law for specifically that problem.
