this guy has ten years of practice but it shows it's very much possible to get to that proficiency

Yea sure it's possible with training

But everything helps

even without training reloading still takes less than 3 seconds

it would make no appreciable difference

you know what would make a difference

someone can take him down in 3 secs

an armed well trained populace

there are statistics

to prove otherwise

a bullet is a bullet

all bullets can kill equally

a man armed with pistol can take out a shooter armed with an ar15

But why is mass shootings such a US issue

and not in countries where guns are banned

well lets look at where these shootigns are happening

It's not JUST guns

but still

in the us gun laws are there that allow many to own guns in many of these areas where shootigns happen almost nobody is armed.

These things just don't happen in western Eu
