Yeah, no, not gonna happen. They'd get in way too much trouble as it would be effortlessly spotted, especially due to recent scandals happening over and over again.
What they do these days is they take illegals and people who've already voted once, load them all onto a bus, then drive them to several major, contested voting stations, and have them all multi-vote to pad their voting, using provisional ballots and stuffing the boxes, specifically in states or regions that skimp on verification.
Typically provisional ballots need to be HEAVILY reviewed, but due to democrat influence, huge amounts get handwaved by with no review, and that's how they get away with it.
For you to vote out-of-country, would require submitting a registered absentee ballot, which then gets all kinds of extra levels of review even on top of provisional ballots, thus making it not worth the effort for the democrats to deal with, not when getting a few caught would cause all of them to be scrutinized more and get them all caught.
California is a great example of a state where they get away with this constantly.
