Sweety.... in some places It takes a year, itself, for a psychiatrist to "approve" of wether or not they agree that you're trans-enough to warrant hormone replacement.... A year, or more, with hormone replacement and "living as a [sex]" to be approved, both psychologically and medically, for crotch surgery. So you can't honestly sit there and say it's not years....

If gender is a social construct and sex is biological. It would stand that any measures taken to present yourself as the opposite sex would be entailed as part of the gender transitioning process.

Because the left has no point in talking about it. They take every situation individually, and judge it based on the story their were told if it is something worded to trigger empathy they will support without debate. And if no empathy they will ignore it.
