*carpentry* is very much a high paying and great job to have.

You can go any were with carpentry even to different country's if the demand or pay are high enough.

I am from germany, we have trade school here for every job you can imagine. There are still people who fail that and to add insult to injury those people get forced into places by diversity quotas where they should no be.

They should leave and take there expertise some were else.

That's what most people who have a trade degree do, they usally head to Eastern europe or work in Asia.

And very rarely they work in the middle east for big Cash.

As a non retarded person who wouldn't mind doing hard labour for a few years, at least in the UK its incredibly difficult to find a route into that in a system which is designed to suck you up into university
