It's unfortunate reality but it is how it is. If you don't live in isolated, self-sustaining community you will negatively affect. But the silver lining(if it even can be called like this right now) is this situation shows how fragile this entire thing is and puts a lot of dents in credibility and competence of governments and international organizations like WHO.

Stock up on toilet paper, food, emergency supplies so you dont have to go out for things later if there ends up being a quarantine where you live
And get some product or some hobby material ready if you get home stuck for a long period of time (not even joking, boredom makes everything worse)
