I did quick digging in regards to if Poland has it, there are 4 suspected cases under hospital observation (I doubt quarantine). Time will tell. As to Iran, some are speculating they got hit harder because of different strain that is far deadlier.

One fairly good information at this moment is that the virus has hasn't mutated.
