that's why I belive flow of information and testing is CRUCIAL. If you know early that there were cases in your area you can take percussions. But nooo, 14 days and after that it's just a flu.

Possibly video documented Polish case. Quick summary because there is no subtitles - Guy was at a business trip to China when the spread was still underreported. Few days nothing now he got symptoms. He does everything in the instruction provided by the CDC, calls in to the hospital for infectious diseases and is said to piss off because he doesn't have a virus and they don't do tests. Later goes to another hospital where they actually take him seriously and TRY to make proper institutions respond. At a 3rd hospital they reluctantly take him in for 2 days, call him a crazy patient, put under some IV drip and that's it. Not tests, no quarantine, nothing.
