Sort of afraid that current American and European wealth is at least in part built upon the Chinese thinking our currencies are valuable and our governments pumping money into the market to keep up the purchasing power

If the dollar etc. lose value the Chinese might realize they are actually the ones generating wealth and stop exports

Which would mean all the people employed in nonsense jobs in the service sector permanently lose their jobs and industry has to be slowly rebuilt
