@Skellington Many people in these spheres are very receptive to it, at worse people criticize its long term effectiveness but would still be willing to "sign up to one" because incentives.

@Settler's Lament just throw out plot and characters entirely. Write it like a sociological paper or textbook describing the end of humanity
