Hmm. I've thought of something similar in terms of how someone can be born into an unconsensual society within Ancapistahn the same way people do now in the United States.
And thus, they form a ~~government~~ corporation with a ~~constitution~~ charter that protects the customers and gives them a say in the operation of the ~~government~~ corporation.
It's kind of like debating the state of how Antimatter exists. It's difficult because as soon as antimatter comes in contact with our physical reality, it dissolves immediately.
The problem here with the proposed theory, is that in order for it to function peacefully, the individuals within the society would have to be virtuous and non malicious towards one another.
