yeah but those people have issues
are we going to cull them from society first?
first? what? before ancapism?
You know, before we turn the light switch off.
how spooky language
the dark is scary
It falls in line with the metaphor I've put forward.
If you culled the people who break the law from society, there wouldn't be a society left
thank god for the light of nazism
The dark is absence of light.
Everybody breaks a law sometime in their life, whether they mean to or not
Actually true.
Like I've said, I'm a reformist, not an abolitionist.
What do you want to reform?
The united States back to the way they were supposed to be.
I'd like to reform everybody on the far edge of any political ideology
The current government actually IS unconstitutional.
Like a confederation?
And maybe the prison system
I think that needs reform, but I'm not entirely sure how best to go about it
absolutely fubared.
needs to be redesigned. Too much emphasis on punishment, too much stigma.
Or the initial Union that was made when the confederation was deemed not good enough
The modern Constitution is the same system, with a few tweaks.
It's version 1.2
The Bill of Rights are right where they need to be
Nobody emphasizes the 10th though
That's arguably one of the more important ones.
And the way it was intended by which ratifier
there was a lot of controversy and almost none of the founding fathers were happy with the constitution
they were content with it
because the alternative was far worse
There was a lot of negotiation in it.
Rye, I think politicians explicitly de-emphasize the 10th to try and draw more power to themselves
They absolutely do.
Reading the commentary from them on the constitution honestly makes it look like they wanted us to change it up in the future
which is largely what the amendments were for
It is FAR EASIER to call a convention of states and address the crises than it is to abolish the state
and you can achieve the same goal.
essentially.
