The reason why I think CNN and msnbc are controlled op at this point is as follows.
-They cannot seem to use meaningful fact driven analysis.
-They are owned by jews and the majority of Orthodox jews support trump.

They do not support democratic candidates that would win over middle ground americans

If I owned a massive media corporation aiming to be a "true" fox competitor. I would give no air time to far left socialists. I would attack legitimate mishaps of the republican party (attacking syria, continuous war etc) and I would fill the remaining air time with fluff pieces on the real and good influences democrats are making in local communities.
This would net a far larger audience, and would boost profits

I think controlled opposition is when you want to sway the public toward a particular goal by creating a false opponent that is intentionally weak in order to sway people to your side.
