I'd say that it's *required*, but you should also be able to seperate yourself from it when the time comes.

some ppl find that stupid others find that interesting, i just find it more valuable to be "in" the place im visiting at the time rather then constantly pulling up my phone to check stuff

I think if it was less...hostile? to normal interaction, people would regulate it more naturally

My younger brother acts rather atypical for this generation

I'm being a little facetious, but the fact people _didn't_ profit from it the same way, and normally profit this way now, I think accounts for a big part (though not all)

At this very present moment, do you think its a good or bad idea that people can now just post whatever idiot idea springs into their heads at a moments notice to the rest of the world.

I think that people should actually think about what they say before posting, but they should be eduated about it before posting.
