lit adresses the so called leeches

2018-10-15 14:20:42 UTC

Rather than glorify it and make a future society based around service

2018-10-15 14:20:58 UTC

the people who dont work and just collect welfare

2018-10-15 14:21:06 UTC

Point out the actual benefits of being a soldier and apply it to a future version of our own society

2018-10-15 14:21:50 UTC

@Senny good refrence for that joke btw

2018-10-15 14:21:51 UTC

I think that it makes a person appreciate what they have.

2018-10-15 14:22:11 UTC

exactly

2018-10-15 14:22:49 UTC

Yeah

2018-10-15 14:22:59 UTC

Gives people a new perspective on discipline in life

2018-10-15 14:23:48 UTC

ok who is for drug testing for welfare services

2018-10-15 14:24:25 UTC

~~who is for removing welfare for those who don’t actually need it for real~~

2018-10-15 14:24:30 UTC

cause looks like they might enforce that in my state which im honestly suprised

2018-10-15 14:24:42 UTC

If there was a spokesman on it was Jocko he is very articulate for a squid.

2018-10-15 14:25:16 UTC

i don't think i would support drug testing for welfare

2018-10-15 14:25:31 UTC

can't some drugs be detected months after last use ?

2018-10-15 14:25:45 UTC

Yes I think so

2018-10-15 14:25:54 UTC

well if its ;legal then you have no worry right

2018-10-15 14:26:36 UTC

and if its prescribed then whats the problem unless you want to hide something my point

2018-10-15 14:27:13 UTC

big thing here in my area is people will sell their food stamps for drugs

2018-10-15 14:27:26 UTC

but leaving someone without safety net because they smoke crack 6 months ago or something when they still had job would be icky

2018-10-15 14:28:06 UTC

well then wait till its out of your system to apply

2018-10-15 14:28:20 UTC

What are you supposed to do keep giving them stamps to sell for more drugs

2018-10-15 14:28:27 UTC

honestly, i'm more on the side of decriminalizing all drugs but if you take them ,you loose SOME benefits like some forms of state paid medical care or so

2018-10-15 14:28:27 UTC

plus this system is for current people using welfare not applicants

2018-10-15 14:29:09 UTC

like if you take something that is destroying your lungs, you gotta pay your medical bills for these kind of problems etc

2018-10-15 14:29:13 UTC

im for legaliztion as well just dont expect me the tax payer to pay for your addiction

2018-10-15 14:30:04 UTC

i'm speaking very broadly but you get the idea, and i can see where you coming from

2018-10-15 14:30:32 UTC

I don't think legalizing drugs like cocaine is good idea I think it would normalize it and would be easy for more people to get addicted

2018-10-15 14:30:41 UTC

honeslty i beileve only poeple who should be in prison are hard core crimanals like rapist murders and assualters

2018-10-15 14:30:57 UTC

people who are a direct threat to safety

2018-10-15 14:31:35 UTC

well they wil get addicted anyway so why house someone for something they will do no matter what

2018-10-15 14:31:38 UTC

not like persecuting someone who takes drugs helps anything but waste resources

2018-10-15 14:31:53 UTC

exactly

2018-10-15 14:32:10 UTC

I think welfare was a meant to be a band aide for the time. Not a permanent solution.

2018-10-15 14:32:14 UTC

instead money wasted on persecution we can try actually helping addicts

2018-10-15 14:32:20 UTC

for example

2018-10-15 14:32:23 UTC

Getting rid of for profit prisons would help a lot too.

2018-10-15 14:32:45 UTC

all you do with crimainalizing drugs is you make it the welfare system with a criminal record

2018-10-15 14:32:51 UTC

obviosly under very strict conditions, not just anyone could apply that would be waste as well

2018-10-15 14:33:38 UTC

i mean who would want cure addication could but not by default

2018-10-15 14:34:08 UTC

problem is only the addict can cure their addiction
