if there's one positive thing that can come out of this it's improved markets

Seems like the only thing that will make the markets go up is when there is a vaccine

Vaccines wouldn't make the market go up

Even if we say for sake of argument that vaccines would do anything with the Corona virus, the stock market crash isn't due to the Corona Virus at all
