The state has power, not rights

Rights come from thought and exist once practiced in reality

If you give big companys rights, so does a state as its essentially just a bigger company (though their product is more like protection and enforcement of the law).

They are the fundamentals for human survival

He has property rights and the company is a extension of them but it does not have rights itself

How the business is managed and who owns it is a bit more complicated

it has the right to enforce the law for all citizen and to punish the people that violate the law. In some cases throw those people out.

Thats not a right its a purpose we gave it

Just as a company can earn profit it does not have a right to earn profit but its its purpose

Rights are limits placed on the government by the governed

I would argue against that but you probably define rights a different way

The gouvernment still has the right to determine who lives in it and who doesn't.

and something nobody can take from you.

Mine is rights come in these forms that exist from what humans need to live

So life can't be a right because if someone kills you, you can't sue them :^)

Individual, exclusive property is not a survival requirement. Groups have owned property for ages

You don't require all that much beyond the basics to survive though. That's why many traditions last as long as they do- there's no need to change them. It wasn't necessarily to build a car, for instance, even though the impact of automobiles has been massive
