Do you think Walmart is allowed to deny service to black people in your AnCap utopia? If you think so then we've arrived at the final thread of the discussion. We probably won't get anything else useful in this line of thought if we disagree on that.
Companies should not concern themselves with what their customers do because that would require companies to be aware of their customer's private lives
Being black is not an action
So, people have a right to services?
When others do not provide them services, their rights are being infringed?
I've answered this question in detail with nuances multiple times
Depending on the service, yes and no.
Provided they can pay for it yes
Walmart yes, cake shop no
So, some of those left wing people in that hypothetical left wing area would be allowed to deny the right winger service, but some wouldn't.
So, people have an inherent right to buy any product they want that isn't an artistic expression?
Read what I said earlier about artistic. It has nothing to do with art
People have the right to not be cordoned off from the market by arbitrary means.
Provided it is for sale at an amount they can afford yes
That's obviously part of what I'm saying
Arbitrary means, or arbitrary reasons?
Reasons. My mistake
But one can be cordoned from the market for concrete, grounded reasons?
If they run around naked with human blood dripping from their mouths screaming about how they want to eat your kids, yes they can legally get fucked.
"You physically present signs of association with violent criminals, a demographic that is statistically shown to hurt my commercial revenue every month and property values."
So, one cannot use statistics as a reason to allow or deny services.
Businesses do have the right to impose dress codes if they would like
If some black guy in a button up comes in and you don't sell him chips cause a gang banger is his same race that is bad.
Outlining what is and is not acceptable to wear to their establishment
Listen, don't get into politics. The insurance agencies will make sure you shoot yourself in the back of the head 5 times.
Yeah if you want to have a dress code as part of your store's terms then go ahead. Dress is an action that can be changed.
So is physical presentation.
So, you can deny someone their right to a service because of how they choose to look.
Geez, did the Supreme Court rule that physical presentation is protected speech? I hope not.
Not just presentation. Anything that is an action that the store wants to prohibit, that anyone can make an effort to meet the requirements. You can tell someone to fuck off if they have no pants.
Oh the supreme court?
Would you like me to pull up the case where the Supreme court told someone to make signs that the creator didnt want to?
You can tell someone to leave if you don't like the shirt they wear.
Say if it says "Make America Great Again" or "Black Lives Matter".
If you have a posted dress code then yes
K no that's fucked Blackhawk
The dress code has to be based on something like cleanliness.
So only certain *kinds* of physical presentation are regulated.
I dunno, man, I'm not seeing the underlying ideology here.
You aren't seeing the bigger picture. The only reason dress is being brought up is because of external reasons like hygiene.
