You don't have to answer me here, but do think about it.
There's a link I provided up above, I think it might be worth reading and looking at the related links.
I actually found it via GamerGate of all things.
nothing really, im a passive anime watcher
It's about how the feminists have organized for power.
gamer gate is fucking fascinating
because alot of anti sjws got their career started from it
One thing it doesn't talk about, is that there's small things you can do to help without getting involved.
i just talk about it, thats it
also gamer gate joker memes fucking lmao
and gamers getting the perma bad red for being incels etc
Yes, but like, convince some of these reviewers to put reviews on BitChute as a backup in case YouTube starts deleting them, for example.
"incel" is a tactic. It's a way of slandering the opposition to get the middle to your side or motive passive supporters.
yea, its alot of buzzwords were born from gamergate
like, i guess i wanna say it was the first notable time that the left attacked the public
I think you'd like that link I posted. Particularly if you watch the Feminist side. You can see how they move and react. It's because they're specifically taught to organize and seize power.
And the link is a book review of the manuals the left uses to seize and control power and influence.
And the books reviewed are discussed in Gender Studies courses and the like.
which link?
The big weakness, IMO, is that there's no discussion of what ordinary people do and can do on the side of the left.
search for RULES FOR RADICALS.
ah yea ive seen that before
memetic warfare began in gamergate
The book Rules for Radicals is bad. I posted a quote from a link criticizing it.
But I don't want to circulate the link too much so I'm not reposting it directly here.
well, we will see what happens i suppose
but most people seem convinced that its the institutions themselves that are the problem and new ones need to be built
The issue with that strategy is that you're always going to be fighting an uphill battle.
New institutions could be a good solution, if you can build them, but they'll probably always be smaller and always under attack.
I'm not saying not to do it, but don't yield the center too fast. Try it, but don't just give up on the mainstream ones first.
i agree, but the problem is like yall said before
we dont know how deep the rabbit hole of control actually goes until its pushed to that point
Which is why I was saying it's probably key to figure out how to get the people on the inside to be enabled. But also don't be afraid to hit whole institutions.
Also, don't underestimate the value of *simply collecting people*
Particularly those who can do something. And keep a very expansive definition of "something" and make that "something" easy whenever possible. Just avoid crossing certain lines (Swatting, harassing, overt racism/sexism, etc.)
i mean i agree
@My Preferred Pronoun Is Sama if we dont know how deep down the rabbit hole of "coontrol" goes, are we even sure of how shallow it is? That is, is there even the collective concerted control your perceiving real to begin with?
I guess I'm saying, look for openings and try and discuss actual tactics and moves. And don't be afraid to take a very close examination of GamerGate and ComicsGate and figure out *exactly* how it seemed to play out and what has been learned since the events took place.
Read the link I was mentioning earlier for some ideas. But it's not exhaustive.
well, i dont think its paranoia
The lesson is, the left gains power mechanistically. Everyone else just gets really pissed off when they abuse it, but have no idea how to fight back because they don't understand the mechanisms.
