I can do 50 sit ups in under a minute but my push up game is weak af
cardio makes more sense to start with imo
if you start building up your test a little bit you'll want to do it more
don't rush into cardio, that's an easy way to lose motivation

start with some pushups and/or lighter weights
start off with simple jogs, maybe 15-20 minutes, then up the time
nah thats for females
also cut and soy from your diet
i skateboard does that count
go on one hour jogs
jogs and cardio don't do much for test
also work on personally muscle gain
it builds his endurance so hes able to feel more confidence and able bodied
when doing workouts
