Jews probably did promote feminism - allied groups like the Rockefeller Foundation and Ford Foundation (and the CIA) certainly did. But this probably has more to do with glutting the labor market and putting downward pressure on wages as well as putting children more under the control of the state and media than to suppress birth rates.
