Well I think they do. But coming from a traditionalist house with my fiancee doing all the housework and me supporting. I suppose my ideal environment would be women being paid equally so they can support themselves until they can find a husband that can support them, so she becomes unemployed to hold the fort.

The amount of pay should be on a personal level, how good you are what you negotiate for ect
