"I don't want my taxes being spent on some low life lazy bum!". Says the old man on Medicare.

2019-08-02 09:45:09 UTC

the limit is the demands and lengths the people are willing to go to make sure they're met

2019-08-02 09:45:27 UTC

i dont want it spend on the old man to

2019-08-02 09:45:33 UTC

i dont want it spent on anyone

2019-08-02 09:45:58 UTC

@Green Syndicalism ok well MY limit and the limit of many is ill pay for my own shit and others can do the same

2019-08-02 09:46:00 UTC

2. sociaty dosnt pay me lol my boss dose i dont work for socity i work for 1 company

i mean this is pretty dumb tbh, your boss has the ability to pay you *because he has private property in the first place and because society paved the roads and created the conditions for the existence of his business to be profitable*

2019-08-02 09:46:04 UTC

why is ur limit more right than mine ?

2019-08-02 09:46:14 UTC

How about roads, clean water, animal control, police, firefighters? You like those things?

2019-08-02 09:46:23 UTC

Ever wondered what anarchism looks like? it's this guys idea of taxes and their purpose

2019-08-02 09:46:42 UTC

subjective experience, and since most people have a subjective experience which leads to more demands than yours, the limiting reagent is not your demands, its theirs

2019-08-02 09:46:46 UTC

this is so stupid

did society pave the roads FOR FREE ? no they were PAYED, but u think i need to keep paying them ?

2019-08-02 09:47:01 UTC

Yes, I do.

2019-08-02 09:47:04 UTC

Yes cause they need to be maintained

2019-08-02 09:47:06 UTC

no i dont

2019-08-02 09:47:11 UTC

we payed them once to make it

2019-08-02 09:47:14 UTC

Unless you don't want to drive or use them.

2019-08-02 09:47:18 UTC

they were paved for LESS MONEY than a private contractor would have charged, hence a more extensive network of roads were built for a cheaper price

2019-08-02 09:47:19 UTC

@TheNobody how old are u

2019-08-02 09:47:25 UTC
2019-08-02 09:47:38 UTC

You don't want a bridge to collapse cause you didn't want to pay taxes

2019-08-02 09:47:44 UTC

Oh damn

2019-08-02 09:47:46 UTC

you know if the government didnt pave the roads, you would have to pay a fucking toll from here to eternity to use them

2019-08-02 09:47:58 UTC

its a scourge on the economy in the long term to have it done privately

2019-08-02 09:48:10 UTC

@Green Syndicalism im not rly talking about roads that was ur point im talking about welfare medicare ect so idk why u bring up roads but they were already payed for once and if u didnt chagre the right ammount for it its ur own fault

2019-08-02 09:48:13 UTC

And who *paid for them in the first place...it's not efficient for every neighborhood to pool together and pay the road company to come build the road

2019-08-02 09:48:47 UTC

Anarchy is edgy but not practical

2019-08-02 09:49:10 UTC

here we go again straw maning

2019-08-02 09:49:13 UTC

i never said anarchy

2019-08-02 09:49:14 UTC

<:GWempOof:404075915497439242> 👍

2019-08-02 09:49:22 UTC

ur the only 1 who said it

2019-08-02 09:49:32 UTC

can u not debate without telling me what i want lol ?

2019-08-02 09:49:34 UTC

Nobody do you currently have insurance?

2019-08-02 09:49:40 UTC

Of any sort?

2019-08-02 09:49:49 UTC

yeah

2019-08-02 09:49:52 UTC

Okay, 10% is what you're willing to pay. He settled on around 10% for some reason

2019-08-02 09:49:53 UTC

No i am dieing on the streets of india

2019-08-02 09:49:55 UTC

yea lets talk about medicare then. without it, you have *more expensive healthcare* and hence less people will be able to afford it, leading to discontentment, mistreatment/non-treatment of their physical ailments, hence you have a sicker society, with less propensity to work, less propensity to spend and less productive capacity. its simply *better economics* to have a cheaper, government run healthcare system than a private insurance system

2019-08-02 09:49:56 UTC

You call it stealing to keep society functional when everyone pays a bit of money but it's not stealing when private companies and corporations charge you a large sum of money which you could've saved with those so called evil welfare programs

2019-08-02 09:50:00 UTC

So you know how insurance works, right?

2019-08-02 09:50:05 UTC

no liberal or progressive roles :/

2019-08-02 09:50:21 UTC

@Cajita the first thing about insurance - i AGREED to pay for it and no 1 is forcing me
