Is that it's stealing
1. where do we decide where the limit is, i cant afford a car so dose society owe me a car now ?
2. sociaty dosnt pay me lol my boss dose i dont work for socity i work for 1 company
3. other countrys that dont have a social network have some of the fastest growing economys
4. ur argument is based on some social contract that donst exsist and i could argue anyone owes me anything cus whos to say where the lmitit is
"I don't want my taxes being spent on some low life lazy bum!". Says the old man on Medicare.
the limit is the demands and lengths the people are willing to go to make sure they're met
i dont want it spend on the old man to
i dont want it spent on anyone
@Green Syndicalism ok well MY limit and the limit of many is ill pay for my own shit and others can do the same
2. sociaty dosnt pay me lol my boss dose i dont work for socity i work for 1 company
i mean this is pretty dumb tbh, your boss has the ability to pay you *because he has private property in the first place and because society paved the roads and created the conditions for the existence of his business to be profitable*
why is ur limit more right than mine ?
How about roads, clean water, animal control, police, firefighters? You like those things?
Ever wondered what anarchism looks like? it's this guys idea of taxes and their purpose
subjective experience, and since most people have a subjective experience which leads to more demands than yours, the limiting reagent is not your demands, its theirs
this is so stupid
did society pave the roads FOR FREE ? no they were PAYED, but u think i need to keep paying them ?
Yes, I do.
Yes cause they need to be maintained
no i dont
we payed them once to make it
Unless you don't want to drive or use them.
they were paved for LESS MONEY than a private contractor would have charged, hence a more extensive network of roads were built for a cheaper price
You don't want a bridge to collapse cause you didn't want to pay taxes
Oh damn
you know if the government didnt pave the roads, you would have to pay a fucking toll from here to eternity to use them
its a scourge on the economy in the long term to have it done privately
@Green Syndicalism im not rly talking about roads that was ur point im talking about welfare medicare ect so idk why u bring up roads but they were already payed for once and if u didnt chagre the right ammount for it its ur own fault
And who *paid for them in the first place...it's not efficient for every neighborhood to pool together and pay the road company to come build the road
Anarchy is edgy but not practical
here we go again straw maning
i never said anarchy
<:GWempOof:404075915497439242> 👍
ur the only 1 who said it
can u not debate without telling me what i want lol ?
Nobody do you currently have insurance?
Of any sort?
yeah
Okay, 10% is what you're willing to pay. He settled on around 10% for some reason
No i am dieing on the streets of india
yea lets talk about medicare then. without it, you have *more expensive healthcare* and hence less people will be able to afford it, leading to discontentment, mistreatment/non-treatment of their physical ailments, hence you have a sicker society, with less propensity to work, less propensity to spend and less productive capacity. its simply *better economics* to have a cheaper, government run healthcare system than a private insurance system
You call it stealing to keep society functional when everyone pays a bit of money but it's not stealing when private companies and corporations charge you a large sum of money which you could've saved with those so called evil welfare programs
