Boo I went to a vipasinna neditation course. I know what it is like to not talk or see anyone for a month. 30 days. No talking. No looking someone in the eye. No snoking. No cellphones. No nothing. Just meditation. Sleep. And eat. I had it worse than a prisoner and it was paradise

You are not grasping my concept. I know what it is like to be shut off. Meditation cource for 30 days. And I been locked up multiple times. Being locked uo was MORE entertaining then the meditation course. At least tgen you can socialize and watxg TV.
