My dad watches a lot of Russian news and he's convinced the CIA made the Ukrainian protests happen (including believing they armed protestors). Idk why some are so loathe to believe that people might not like what's happening in their countries, and the US doesn't just go around causing revolutions and stuff

the document is very inflammatory towards the US which is understandable

however i dont see any proof

I'm sure the US tries to influence things and perhaps light the match at the right time, but the power we have for inciting mass protests is exaggerated I think
