I think this is a different judge than the one that released them on signature bond and ordered the scene destroyed.

Oh yeah. I don't know what to believe there but there has to be some motive other than "he just snapped"

Because "just snapped" doesn't explain why a wealthy retiree would plan a mass killing months in advance.

And in the New Mexico case, there has to be some underlying reason why at every turn the judges are giving the maximum possible leniency when there is a dead child and many other malnourished children.

Yeah Paddock being part of a sting gone bad makes sense, because the Feds would have good motivation to make evidence disappear in order to cover their own asses.

Given what is public knowledge about Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, etc, and how they not only felt justified in abusing their power but were apparently readily able to do so, I'm willing to entertain lots of conspiracy theories when it comes to the FBI.
