Across the sund in Denmark. There is parliament election in the spring of 2019. In order to combat fake news facebook have made an agreement with a fact check site. They are to monitor all post in regards to the upcoming election. They have mandate to label a post as “fake news” and if a Facebook account is posting multiple fake news stories, they can lock the account for further posting, besides also blocking a post for being shared.
My issue is they are owned by a Mandag Morgen (monday morning) they describe them self as a hybrid think tank and news/pr agency. But they are registered as public affairs agency with the ministry of economy and business affairs. Side note they also operate the news service altinget, a left leaning poli news site, like the US politico news site.

I think the argument goes is that when someone sufficiently redneck enough says "Muslim" they really mean they don't like Somalis or such

1. A person “ affiliated with Stanford University “ . This person was later found to be Ford. It’s possible that she leaked this herself. She was in contact with Washington Post so it’s not out of question that she also contacted The Intercept. However she claimed to want anonymity, and this would contradict that.

2. That letter was given to Rep. Anna Eshoo, a Democrat who represented the area. She sent it to Feinstein. This Rep, or he staff could have been the leak.

3. Feinstein herself, or her staff. She was asked if she leaked it, she said no. The Intercept also says she didn’t. It is however unclear if her staff may have been involved.

4. The FBI. This may seem unlikely, but lately the FBI has had serious problems with leaks surrounding the Trump Russia investigation. A culture of leaking seems to exist.
