The more I hear shit like this the more I'm tempted to make a bunch of fake accounts in places like Britain and make slightly racist shitposts to waste their resources.

Across the sund in Denmark. There is parliament election in the spring of 2019. In order to combat fake news facebook have made an agreement with a fact check site. They are to monitor all post in regards to the upcoming election. They have mandate to label a post as “fake news” and if a Facebook account is posting multiple fake news stories, they can lock the account for further posting, besides also blocking a post for being shared.
My issue is they are owned by a Mandag Morgen (monday morning) they describe them self as a hybrid think tank and news/pr agency. But they are registered as public affairs agency with the ministry of economy and business affairs. Side note they also operate the news service altinget, a left leaning poli news site, like the US politico news site.
Other side note they are pushing for certain health reforms in their think tank division

I think the argument goes is that when someone sufficiently redneck enough says "Muslim" they really mean they don't like Somalis or such

My problems with Islam have nothing to do with the ethnicity of the practicitioners, but rather then tenants of the religion it's self.

I think as part of combatting relativism it's important to acknowledge all the contributions Islamic cultures have made to philosophy and science
