Evolutionary science has explained why humans rape. They say it's because usually the rapist will not have a partner otherwise. Thus in a completely naturalist point of view, it's not wrong

So a person has no soul and no meaning whatsoever

No for isntance if a dog tries to rape a cougar its it's likely to die.
