Also isnt Japan Shinto Buddhist and Cristian? How anyone can even begin they are atheists is beyond me. Their New Year traditons include going to a temple to pray then there is tanabata.

2018-07-04 00:26:06 UTC

Shinto, buddhist, and a small population of Christians

2018-07-04 00:26:08 UTC

They may not be religious but when it comes to superstitions a d spirituality the place is second to like maybe the vatican

2018-07-04 00:26:44 UTC

also they straight up love western holidays (though they dont' celebrate the religious aspects, unless they *are* religious)

2018-07-04 00:27:03 UTC

Christmas, Halloween, Valentine's, and Easter (i don't think it is as big though)

2018-07-04 00:27:07 UTC

Christmas is winter nookie time

2018-07-04 00:27:12 UTC

they love Christmas

2018-07-04 00:27:27 UTC

to be fair if you dont love christmas you must be satanspawn

2018-07-04 00:27:42 UTC

Like their Christmas shit rivals any western country

2018-07-04 00:27:53 UTC

From what Ive seen

2018-07-04 00:28:39 UTC

yes

2018-07-04 00:28:46 UTC

and like in the US they have a lot of christmas songs

2018-07-04 00:30:26 UTC

Most of Japan is non-Christian.

2018-07-04 00:30:39 UTC

But Christmas has been kinda adopted by basically every culture

2018-07-04 00:35:20 UTC

They still mostly believe in dieties and the supernatural. Im pretty sure atheist includes all spiritual and religious belief systems not just the ones with jesus.

2018-07-04 00:36:51 UTC

Pretty sure Korea would be a better pick to start to claim that theyre athiests

2018-07-04 00:55:34 UTC

They're not atheist, just not Christian. Most Japanese are Shinto and/or Buddhist

2018-07-04 00:56:20 UTC

More than half of Koreans are Christian, somewhat more Protestant than Catholic

2018-07-04 01:13:49 UTC

North Korea?

2018-07-04 01:23:38 UTC

I thought you meant South

2018-07-04 01:23:53 UTC

A significant number of NK are indigenous religions

2018-07-04 01:24:37 UTC

Just under 2/3 nonreligious as far as we know.

2018-07-04 01:26:11 UTC

I meant to type either but fair enough assertion.

2018-07-04 08:08:26 UTC

Which music is more triggering to you?

2018-07-04 08:11:10 UTC

Asking what do you think most triggers Christians. Muslims will be 100% most triggered by 3rd one

2018-07-04 08:18:17 UTC

Muslims seem to dislike metal in general

2018-07-04 14:36:27 UTC

none of them are triggering, they're just annoying lol

2018-07-04 14:37:23 UTC

one song that i like that is (judging by the lyrics) are pretty dislikey/disrespectful towards God is

2018-07-04 15:27:24 UTC

Most devil music sucks ass anyway, so it doesn't bother me

2018-07-04 15:32:50 UTC

i don't like "music" where the "singing" is just *autistic screeching*

2018-07-04 15:41:21 UTC

Same

2018-07-04 19:28:56 UTC

Atheists are a part of the problem.

They basically claimed that it's religion that is leading to the passing of "hate speech laws" and are the ones who push "hate speech" while literally ignoring that the group that is pushing it the most aren't religious at all.

2018-07-04 19:33:18 UTC

Religion does the opposite it restricting speech

2018-07-04 19:33:45 UTC

If you have an eternal reward or punishment for doing wrong, then you often won't need temporal laws to enforce it

2018-07-04 19:41:07 UTC

Protestantism, for instance, depends on free speech to exist.

2018-07-04 19:43:10 UTC

Protestantism depends on the market of ideas to be relevant because each sect of it focuses on a particular aspect of Christianity. This, in turn, relies on them being able to sell their religious beliefs to other groups and, in turn, requires for there to be some form of protected speech in order to be able to sell these ideas to others. Hence why Protestant nations have the concept of free speech.
