If there is an organization funding criminal activity, i.e. illegal border crossing, it should be investigated. If any of that money is coming from American sources, they should be charged.
All these illegal immigrants should be detained and deported. Any country aiding them in their passage should have their aid revoked and sanctions put in place.
Countries are not charities. We don't have to put up with this crap.

Guatemala as far as I am aware is not currently engaged in a conflict. They can apply for asylum there.
We are not a charity and we have no obligation to take in all the world's poor just because they are poor.
the US has screwed most of those countries over in the first place (Banana Republics ring a bell?), and preventing people from searching for a better life for their family is wrong imo, especially by force
