...the Wiccan already had a Twitter but it was deactivated at some point, so I took the alternate handle she would use for her art

well the big ones are twitter/fb/patreon/ytb/insta etc
after that you could try to massive report her fb page to take it down as a stolen name/page also too

Art Station I cannot do, they are able to detect alternate numbers under textnow, googlevoice etc.
