for fucking once I want to play a first-person WWII shooter that has multiple campaigns across the entire world, even if some of the missions are questionable, like say a Wermacht commando squad in egypt blowing up railroads, or an accurate sniper mission in Kharkov or Smolensk, or a polish cavalry team blowing up german tanks. I'm sick of all the fucking inaccurate as all hell normandy shit everyone puts out, as if that was the main event. Try a firefight mode during Bagration, where you and a few other germans hold off literal waves of soviet troops without aircover or tank support, or a Rush mode as japan in china or india during operation Ten-go, but spare me the shitty normandy memes. you've got over 8 years of war to use, and even bigger offensives and battles, but no goys, we need to only do America in France 44-45 because that's all that fucking mattered anyway.

and despite all this, no WWII game ever put in a mission that provoked you enough to put the war into perspective, like the Einstazgruppen killing thousands of civilians, or the japanese murdering china, or a good point of view of a soviet trooper seeing a concentration camp for the first time. WWII came close, but call of duty ruined it by being call of duty about it.

why is battlefield 5 losing money already? because they're twisting written history to fit a modern political perspective, and its so fucking infuriating it drives me mad.
