I only played 4 and 3 but liked them both immensely

Dont believe they can but sure you can find an emulator probably
I played Persona 4 Golden though which adds more stuff but is PS Vita only
Also havent touched Persona 1 or 2 but whew one of the final bosses of 2 is a big surprise lol
