Ah man was chatting with my free company from FF14 on discord talking about that recent Pewdiepie episode of those mobile game ads and joked how it seems like there is some lab in Asia where they create artificial people to be on those face cams for the ads and one of them got all pissed off and said I was making a derogatory term for Asians and questioning if I'm racist and what I meant
@ZoSo159 they're not artificial. There was a scandal in China years ago when WoW was really big. Prison guards were forcing prisoners to play it nonstop to farm gold, and then selling the gold online for money.

I remember reading that article. Made me look at the gold sellers and such differently same with the Runescape Venezuela farmers trying to sell good just to not starve to death
But was just commenting on how they got people on the web cams for those mobile game ads and trying to act all hype and energetic whole coming off as an animatronic that was programmed by a marketing executive
Pretty crazy stuff though with those prisons and Venezuelans. Got to be against it because its cheating and ruins the game but also cant begrudge most of them
I don't understand the hate that a lot of Halo fans throw at Halo 4. It has that same sense of scale and wonderment that the first game had. The weapons sound and feel better than any previous Halo game. They are so fun to fire, and it makes combat a fucking blast. The story with Cortana and Chief is much more emotionally impactful than anything else in the franchise. It's also fucking gorgeous...and boy does it ever look sharp in the xbox one x. It running at 60 fps results in a smoother playing version of the game, as well. I love this game. I've never said that about any of the other Halo games tbh.

Halo reach was just a really tough act to follow
It really just comes down to there is a lot more to Halo now than Chief and cortana and to just tunnel vision on them is stupid. There is also the part where Forerunners were hyped up for so long and all we got was that crap. It was just a let down.
