What's the deal with Japanese game shows. They're all weird, and there's a lot of them

Actually most game shows here are boring as fuck. The ones everyone seems to refer to are the ones that Beat Takeshi or Tunnels did

and those were basically pranks more or less

the only really fucked up stuff on Japanese TV is the stuff that Terry and his crew did. That guy is twisted. I can see how some people would like his stuff but I just find it mind numbing and weird.

Well but y'all had that one show where they get in a porta potty and it's actually an elevating platform that goes up and the walls collapse

My favorite Asian kids show is Squirrel and Hedgehog

before 2010 chinese cartoons suck

after they 2k10 some of them have improved graphic, repeatitive 3D thingy

and most chinese cartoons were wuxia web novel adaptions

they get the guy to meet this girl and they slowly make the situation more percarious and then they have some rediculous trap at the end if he gets to the girls apartment or whatever

it was great because as the show went on the traps and stuff just got insane

we should replicate that show but the trap girl is an actual trap and if the guy gets all the way to her room he gets a surprise

The only problem is the after the first few episodes they'd all know the trick so it would not work any more

no, that's the thing, they mixed it up each time so it was more and more complex and all the traps were different

it was really creative actually

didn't last long though, later they moved on to basically they'd have a guy who the woman suspected was cheating and they'd work with the other girl to punk him

that wasn't as good
