I really don’t get the “White people dont do spices” as an insult I mean we fucking took over the world to get access to herbs and spices.
White people don't do spices because traditionally our meat is much higher quality and doesn't require spices to disguise the flavour

I'm not sure what is needed to be an officer. You can't be a moron but I dont think the melntal bar is overly high. You probably need to have above average intelligence
In fact I think they value ability to learn over already knowing a bunch of useless crap.
