Morale so high they still had guards to keep their band from escaping on our base lmao
I'm sure they think they have high morale but it's not like the US or Russia where I think the entire country in its entirety would basically pick up the fight if needed. Between Russia US and China, China is by far the most likely to actually lose a war.
As for the strike cancel on Iran I support it. Much of the sabre rattling they are doing is try and unite the country to a common goal instead of self destructing when the realize the country leadership is responsible.
That things are getting worse shows they are desperate and almost NEED us to attack. By letting them stew we weaken them and make the eventual invasion easier.
They are poisoned and dying unless they do something drastic we can afford to stay hands off. Besides I still really think Iran has a nuke and that the CoD4 scenario could happen. Invasion, capture their cities, then they aloha anackbar on the biggest level ever seen.
China is far more unified than the US. They would fight. And on land, only on land, they would win. Never at sea though.
PLA bands are a unique thing somewhat similar to that Marine band where everyone is E6+ and doesn't go to boot camp
@Ehzek Chinise would give their life for their country, they are raised with patriotism unlike the west
Absolutely not
In America soldiers who disagree with the ruling party do shit like Manning, Lynch, that Taliban guy etc
In China even soldiers who don't like communism, which is most of the country in general, will still give their lives.
China is just waiting to collapse like the soviet union
It
it isn't
though
Showing absolutely no signs of it. It's more prosperous now than ever. For the first time in history the middle class have cars, a lot of them.
They have grasp the biggest market and they get influence over Europe now too
Pretty sure Taiwan and Hong Kong want out
China can and will rival US in the future, thats why US is using sanctions
A lot of people don't bother with cars because they can just walk or ride public transportation. But it is not outside of their reach for the most part, unlike USSR
De facto independent
But still a huge taboo to recognize them as such
If they reunited the current idea floating around is a special status like HK and Macau but also with their own army separate from the PLA
Which is basically 99% of what it is now
Hong Kong wants independence but doesn't know what that means.
First it is Chinese soil. So no, fuck you and your independence and your illusory freedom and democracy.
Second, they have very little influence from the mainland.
Everything there is very expensive except sex, high organized crime
Why shouldn’t HK be its own independent nation?
Sounds like California
There's no mainland triads. There are in HK though.
Because people do not have inherent rights to overthrow rulers
They do if the US is involved
<:smugpepe:445634631950139403>
Organized crime fled to HK and still does. Mainland and HK want to extradite them back to mainland to face trial and likely execution. Organized crime bosses don't want that.
So they provoke riots against extradition
Mainland China has no organized crime?
Is that what the riots were about? Lmao
They do have organized crime in the mainland
It's just also the government
